The final grade depends on the attendance and the quality of the student presentation.
A kurzus feladata a szakképzés céljának megvalósításában:
In international relations armed conflict as sadly rather the norm than the exception. This requires international law to deal extensively with these situations. International law regulates when states can use force against each other and what methods are the prohibited in the course of hostilities. This field of law can be categorized after Craig Martin “loosely and collectively” the so-called “Laws of War”. The aim and purpose of this course to introduce students to how states interact with each other in times of armed conflict.
The course is recommended to ERASMUS students, and students from other faculties interested in armed conflicts and international law as well. Since the course is of an introductory nature, all necessary information will be available for students to understand even the in-depth discussions of the topic.
