ELSA (The European Law Students’ Association) is the world’s largest non-profit international organization of law students and young lawyers, which is present at 300 law faculties of 41 countries in Europe. It was founded in Vienna in 1981 by Hungarian, German, Polish and Austrian students.
ELSA Vision: “A just world in which there is respect for human dignity and cultural diversity”. The purpose of ELSA is to contribute to legal education, to foster mutual understanding and to promote social responsibility of law students and young lawyers.
